A links page for your bio (link-in-bio)

Updated on Thursday 15 October 2026

One link for your Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp bio: the booking button at the top and, below it, your social profiles, WhatsApp and anything else.

An Instagram or TikTok bio has room for very little. If you put only your booking link there, clients can’t find your WhatsApp or your website; if you put several, or a Linktree, the booking one gets lost among the rest.

The Links page solves both. It’s a simple page at citauno.com/l/your-business, with the booking button always at the top and, below it, the links you choose: WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, directions, your website… Every visitor is one tap away from booking.

Your address

It’s citauno.com/l/ followed by the same URL as your profile. If your profile is citauno.com/estudio-pilar, your links page is citauno.com/l/estudio-pilar.

  • If you change your business’s name, the URL changes. The old address keeps leading to the new one, so the link already in your bio doesn’t break.
  • Each visitor gets their own language. The page shows in Spanish; visitors whose browser is set to Portuguese or English see it in their language. That’s why it’s best to copy the address the dashboard gives you, which carries no language.
  • Appointment businesses only. Events businesses don’t have a links page.

Set it up

The owner and admins set it up.

  1. In the sidebar, tap Links page.
  2. At the top is Your bio link, with your address and a Copy button. The View my page button opens it in another tab.
  3. Under Add in one click, Citauno offers the details you already entered in Settings (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone, email, website) and Directions to your main location. Tap Add on the ones you want.
  4. For anything else, use Add link: pick the Link type, fill in the detail and, if you like, the Button text. Tap Add link.
  5. Under Your links, reorder them with the Move up and Move down arrows. Each one has Edit and Delete.

Changes show on your page as soon as you save.

Type What you fill in Button text if left blank
WhatsApp Number, in local or international format (e.g. 0981 123 456). Optional: Prefilled message, the text that appears pre-typed when someone opens the chat WhatsApp
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Username (e.g. @mybusiness). You can also paste the profile URL The network’s name
YouTube Username or the channel URL YouTube
Phone Number Call us
Email The address Email us
Directions (Google Maps) Link (URL) Get directions
Website Link (URL), e.g. https://mybusiness.com Website
Custom link Link (URL) and Button text, which is required here —
  • If you type a number in local format, it’s read with your business’s country code.
  • If a web link (website, Google Maps or custom) doesn’t start with https://, we add it.
  • Limits: up to 30 links, 80 characters of button text and 300 of prefilled message.

What your clients see

  1. Your logo (or your business’s initial, if you have no logo), your name and your category.
  2. The start of your description and a View full profile link.
  3. The Book an appointment button, always first. It goes straight to your booking page. It can’t be removed or moved.
  4. Your links, in the order you chose. Phone and email open the phone’s own apps; the rest open in a new tab.
  5. At the bottom, “Made with Citauno”.

When you share the address on WhatsApp or social media, the preview shows your business’s name and your cover photo (or your logo, if you have no cover).

If you open your page signed in as the owner or an admin, an Edit my page button appears at the top. Your clients don’t see it.

Your business already had two public addresses (see Share your public booking link). The links page is a third one, and it does a different job:

Link What it shows Best for
citauno.com/your-business (profile) Everything: cover, services with prices, address with a map, hours and contact details People who don’t know you yet, and Google
citauno.com/businesses/your-business/book (booking) The first step of booking Replying to someone who already asked for a slot
citauno.com/l/your-business (links page) The booking button and your links, nothing else Your bio, where there’s room for one link
  • Google doesn’t show the links page in its results, so it doesn’t compete with your profile. On your Google Business Profile and your website, use the profile or the booking link.
  • The “Copy link” button at the top of the dashboard copies the booking link, not this one. You copy the links page address from Links page → Your bio link.

Where to put it

Instagram

  1. Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
  2. Under Links, add an external link and paste your links page.
  3. Give it a clear title, like “Booking and contact”, and save.

In your bio text, add a line pointing to it, for example “Book your appointment at the link 👇”. For more ideas (stories, highlights, direct messages), see the guide How to add a booking link to your Instagram.

TikTok

If your account has a website field under Edit profile, paste it there. In your videos, sign off with “Book from the link in my profile”.

WhatsApp Business

Paste it as the website on your business profile: anyone who opens your profile sees your social links and the booking button in one place.

In chats, though, send the direct booking link: someone asking for a slot has already decided, and you save them a tap.

Tips

  • Put what people ask for most first. If almost everyone messages you before booking, WhatsApp goes at the top; if they look for how to get there, the directions link.
  • Use WhatsApp’s prefilled message, for example “Hi, I saw your Instagram and I’d like to ask about an appointment”. That way you know where the message came from.
  • A few links get more taps than many. Remove the ones nobody uses.
  • Test it from another phone before you publish it, or in a private window.

What you have now

  • One address for your bio, with the booking button always first.
  • Your social profiles, WhatsApp and contact details below, in the order you chose.
  • A clear sense of when to use the links page, the profile or the booking link.

Next step

For the other places worth sharing your link (WhatsApp, email, a QR code at your premises, Google), continue with Share your public booking link.
