Share your public booking link

Updated on Thursday 21 May 2026

Find your link, copy it, and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, and wherever you need it.

You now have everything set up to receive bookings. The only thing left is for your customers to know where to go. In this guide I’ll show you how to copy your public link and where to share it so you can start receiving bookings today.

Your business has a permanent link with this structure:

citauno.com/your-business-url

If your URL is estudio-pilar, your link is citauno.com/estudio-pilar.

How to find it in Citauno

There’s a “Copy link” button fixed in the top right corner of every dashboard page. Tap it and the link is copied to your clipboard. You’ll see a “Copied!” message for 2 seconds.

A “Copy link” button in the admin dashboard header

Keyboard shortcut: with the dashboard open on a computer, you can press Ctrl + Shift + C (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + C (Mac) to copy the link without tapping the button.

Where to share it

In your Instagram bio

This is the first and most important one. Your Instagram bio allows a single clickable link. If you haven’t used it for anything yet, put it there.

Steps:

  1. Open Instagram → your profile → Edit profile.
  2. In Website, paste your Citauno link.
  3. Save.

From now on, anyone who taps “Book” from your Instagram is taken straight to Citauno.

If you already have another link in your bio: use a service like Linktree or Bento to have several links. Put the Citauno one at the very top.

On WhatsApp

Every time someone asks you about hours or availability over WhatsApp, instead of checking the calendar and replying one by one, send your link with a template message:

Hi! You can book your appointment directly here:
👉 citauno.com/estudio-pilar

You'll see all available times. Let me know if you need anything!

It saves you hours a week answering the same thing over and over.

Recommendation: save that message as a quick reply in WhatsApp Business. Then just typing /booking or whatever you prefer fills it in for you.

In your email signature

If you use Gmail, go to Settings → General → Signature and add a line with your link.

Example:

María Benítez
Estudio Pilar — Nail studio in Las Mercedes
📅 Book your appointment: citauno.com/estudio-pilar
📱 +595 987 168 885

In Instagram stories

Every time you post a story showing your work, add the Link sticker with your Citauno URL. Followers tap and book on the spot.

In a QR code for your location

If you have a physical location, print a QR code with your link and stick it on:

  • The front door.
  • The mirror where the customer sits.
  • Your printed service menu.
  • The bathroom wall (it sounds odd but it works — customers look at it while they wait).

To generate the QR code for free, use qr-code-generator.com or qrcode-monkey.com. Upload your Citauno link, download the PNG, and send it to print.

In Google Business Profile

If your business appears on Google Maps, go to your Google Business profile and add the Citauno link in the “Book” field. When someone searches for your business on Google, they’ll see a “Book” button that goes straight to your calendar.

I don’t have Google Business yet: if your business has a physical address, register it — it’s free and brings in a lot of new customers. You can connect it with Citauno afterward.

On Facebook

If you have a Facebook page, go to About → Edit and paste the link in Website. Then add a “Book” button that uses the same link.

How your public page looks

Before sending the link to everyone, open it in an incognito tab to see how your customers see it:

  1. Your logo and name at the top.
  2. The cover photo.
  3. The business description.
  4. The address and contact details.
  5. The list of services with price and duration.
  6. A “Book” button that opens the flow.

Public view of the business with services and a Book button

If something doesn’t look right: go back to Set up your business and adjust whatever’s missing (logo, description, contact details).

What about SEO? Do I show up on Google?

Yes. Your public page is optimized for search engines. To speed up your appearance on Google:

  • Share the link on social media (Google detects external links).
  • Ask your customers to leave reviews — reviews improve your ranking.
  • Make sure your address, phone, and hours are up to date (Google reads them and displays them).

In general, in 2-4 weeks your business starts appearing when someone searches by name. To appear when people search by category (e.g. “hair salon in Asunción”) can take a few months and depends on the competition.

Share with confidence

Your link is now active. Anyone can come in, see your services, and book. The first bookings are the most nerve-wracking — but everything will be saved in the dashboard and you’ll receive notifications by email.

What you already have

  • A public link copied and ready to share.
  • A clear strategy for where to put it (Instagram, WhatsApp, email, physical location).
  • A public page reviewed and approved by you.

Next step

When the first booking comes in, it’s your turn to confirm it (if you set up manual mode). Continue with Receive and confirm your first booking.
