Going-live checklist
Updated on Thursday 21 May 2026
A final review with 15 points to confirm your business is ready to receive real bookings without any surprises.
Congratulations — you’ve gone through the previous 9 guides. Your business is almost ready. Before sharing your link widely, spend 30 minutes on this final review to make sure nothing is broken.
How to use this checklist
Check off each item one by one. If something isn’t done, pause, go to the corresponding guide, and come back afterward. Don’t skip anything — the most common problems come from skipping “obvious” steps.
Business settings
✅ 1. Logo uploaded
- Upload a square, professional logo.
- Go to
citauno.com/your-businessand verify it looks good (not pixelated, not cropped).
✅ 2. Cover photo uploaded
- Upload a representative photo.
- Verify it looks good on phone and computer.
✅ 3. Description written
- Your description has 2-3 clear sentences.
- It has no typos (review carefully — a lot of customers read this).
✅ 4. Correct currency
- The configured currency is the one you charge in (PYG for Paraguay).
- Your service prices show with the correct symbol.
✅ 5. Correct time zone
- If you’re in Asunción →
America/Asuncion. - Test it: create a test booking at 10:00 and confirm it comes out at 10:00 (not at 7:00 or 13:00).
✅ 6. Confirmation mode chosen
- You decided whether it’s Automatic, Manual, or With a deposit.
- You have a plan to respond to pending bookings in under 4 hours if you chose Manual.
✅ 7. Complete contact details
- Email, phone, and WhatsApp loaded.
- If you have Instagram and Facebook, those too.
- Your WhatsApp is the one you’ll be watching (not an old one).
Location
✅ 8. Correct address
- If you have a physical location, the address is loaded with Google autocomplete.
- Try tapping the “View on map” button from your public page and verify it opens the correct place.
✅ 9. Complete working hours
- Every day you work has opening and closing times marked.
- The days you’re closed are set to “Closed” (not blank — verify this specifically).
- The midday breaks (if applicable) are set correctly.
- Test it: go to your public link and check that available times appear only on the days/hours you work.
Professionals
✅ 10. Professionals loaded with a photo
- Each professional has a photo, a distinct color, and a role.
- The colors aren’t repeated (if you have several).
- Each professional has the services they provide marked correctly.
- If you invited your team, they accepted the invitations (check in Team: no one with a “Pending” badge).
Services
✅ 11. At least 3 services loaded
- You have at least 3 main services with a realistic duration and price.
- Each service has a clear description.
- “Online bookings” is enabled for the services you want to offer publicly.
- The prices are the current ones (not last year’s).
Functional tests
✅ 12. Complete test booking
Make a test booking from an incognito tab, pretending to be a customer:
- Go to
citauno.com/your-business. - Tap “Book”.
- Choose any service.
- Choose a professional.
- Choose a day and time.
- Fill in the details with your own personal information (use an email different from the business’s, e.g. your partner’s).
- Confirm the booking.
- A confirmation email arrived for the customer.
- A notification email arrived for you as the owner.
- The booking appears on the calendar with the correct status (Confirmed or Pending depending on the mode).
Then cancel the test booking from the dashboard so you don’t mess up your stats.
✅ 13. Public page reviewed on a phone
- Open
citauno.com/your-businessfrom your phone. - The logo, cover photo, and description look good.
- The services and prices are legible.
- The “Book” button works.
Sharing
✅ 14. Link in Instagram
- Your Instagram bio has the Citauno link.
- If you were using another link before, consider Linktree or Bento to combine them.
✅ 15. Quick reply in WhatsApp
- You saved a template message in WhatsApp Business with your link, ready to reply when someone asks about hours.
