Create your Citauno account

How to get started on Citauno: choose 'For my business' and go straight into the wizard that gets you ready to take bookings in about 5 minutes.

This is the first of ten guides that will take you from zero to your first booking. The good news: creating your account and your business is a single wizard. You don’t have to open an account on one side and a business on the other — you fill in a few screens and, at the end, Citauno creates everything at once.

What you need before you start

  • An email you can access right now (we’ll use it to confirm your account).
  • A phone with WhatsApp active (optional, but we recommend adding it to get new-booking notifications).
  • Five uninterrupted minutes.

You don’t need a credit card. The 7-day trial is free and you’re not charged anything until you decide to continue.

Step 1: Open the sign-up page

Go to citauno.com and click “Sign up”, top right. On mobile, tap the menu and then “Sign up”.

Step 2: Choose how you’ll use Citauno

You’ll see two options:

  • Personal — to book appointments with businesses near you and manage them in one place.
  • For my business — to take bookings and manage your schedule, your team, and your services.

Tap “For my business”.

One platform for both sides. With the same email, your clients book and you manage. If you later want to try Citauno as a client, you can use the same email — the system knows the difference.

Step 3: You go straight into the wizard

When you choose “For my business” you go right into the signup wizard. There you fill in, screen by screen, the minimum to be ready: how many professionals work, your line of work, your business details, your hours, your services, and your team.

Your login (email and password, or Google) is created in the last step of the wizard — not before. Only when you confirm that step does Citauno create everything together: your account, your business, your location, your hours, your services, and your team, and it starts your 7-day trial.

Step 4: Confirm your email

When you finish the wizard, Citauno sends you an email to confirm your account. You don’t have to wait for it to get started: you’re already in your dashboard and can use the app. When you can, open the email (check spam if you don’t see it; the subject is “Confirm your Citauno account”) and click “Confirm my account”.

The email doesn’t arrive: check that the email you typed is correct (typos are the #1 cause of “it didn’t arrive”). If it’s all correct, wait 2 minutes and check spam. If it still doesn’t show up, contact us and we’ll help.

What you already have

  • Your personal Citauno account, ready to confirm by email.
  • Your business created, with its public URL and the 7-day free trial.
  • Access to your dashboard to keep configuring whatever you want.
