Share your public booking link
Updated on Wednesday 09 September 2026
Find your link, copy it, and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, and wherever you need it.
You now have everything set up to receive bookings. The only thing left is for your customers to know where to go. In this guide I’ll show you how to copy your public link and where to share it so you can start receiving bookings today.
Your two public links
Your business has two permanent public addresses, and they do different things:
| Link | What it is | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
citauno.com/your-business-url |
Your profile: cover, logo, description, service list, address with a map, hours and contact details, with a “Book now” button. | When you want the customer to get to know you before booking: Instagram bio, Google, a business card. |
citauno.com/businesses/your-business-url/book |
The booking page itself: it opens on the first step of the flow. | When the customer already knows you and just wants a slot: a WhatsApp reply, the “Book” button on your own site. |
If your URL is estudio-pilar, they are citauno.com/estudio-pilar and citauno.com/businesses/estudio-pilar/book.
How to copy it from Citauno
There’s a “Copy link” button fixed in the top right corner of every dashboard page. Tap it and you’ll see “Copied!” for about a second and a half.
That button copies the booking link (citauno.com/businesses/your-business/book), not the profile one. That’s deliberate: it’s the link people share most. If what you want is the profile link, use “View public page ↗” in your account menu (bottom left) and copy the URL from the address bar.

Where to share it
In your Instagram bio
This is the first and most important one. Your Instagram bio allows a single clickable link. If you haven’t used it for anything yet, put it there.
Steps:
- Open Instagram → your profile → Edit profile.
- In Website, paste your Citauno link.
- Save.
From now on, anyone who taps “Book” from your Instagram is taken straight to Citauno.
If you already have another link in your bio: Citauno gives you your own links page at
citauno.com/l/your-business— the booking button always first, plus your social profiles, WhatsApp and anything else. Set it up in Dashboard → Links page and use that single link in your bio. No need for Linktree or Bento.
On WhatsApp
Every time someone asks you about hours or availability over WhatsApp, instead of checking the calendar and replying one by one, send your link with a template message:
Hi! You can book your appointment directly here:
👉 citauno.com/estudio-pilar
You'll see all available times. Let me know if you need anything!
It saves you hours a week answering the same thing over and over.
Recommendation: save that message as a quick reply in WhatsApp Business. Then just typing
/bookingor whatever you prefer fills it in for you.
In your email signature
If you use Gmail, go to Settings → General → Signature and add a line with your link.
Example:
María Benítez
Estudio Pilar — Nail studio in Las Mercedes
📅 Book your appointment: citauno.com/estudio-pilar
📱 +595 987 168 885
In Instagram stories
Every time you post a story showing your work, add the Link sticker with your Citauno URL. Followers tap and book on the spot.
In a QR code for your location
If you have a physical location, print a QR code with your link and stick it on:
- The front door.
- The mirror where the customer sits.
- Your printed service menu.
- The bathroom wall (it sounds odd but it works — customers look at it while they wait).
To generate the QR code for free, use qr-code-generator.com or qrcode-monkey.com. Upload your Citauno link, download the PNG, and send it to print.
In Google Business Profile
If your business appears on Google Maps, go to your Google Business profile and add the Citauno link in the “Book” field. When someone searches for your business on Google, they’ll see a “Book” button that goes straight to your calendar.
I don’t have Google Business yet: if your business has a physical address, register it — it’s free and brings in a lot of new customers. You can connect it with Citauno afterward.
On Facebook
If you have a Facebook page, go to About → Edit and paste the link in Website. Then add a “Book” button that uses the same link.
How your public page looks
Before sending the link to everyone, open it in an incognito tab to see how your customers see it:
- Your logo and name at the top.
- The cover photo.
- The business description.
- The address and contact details.
- The list of services with price and duration.
- A “Book” button that opens the flow.

If something doesn’t look right: go back to Set up your business and adjust whatever’s missing (logo, description, contact details).
What about SEO? Do I show up on Google?
Yes. Your public page is optimized for search engines. To speed up your appearance on Google:
- Share the link on social media (Google detects external links).
- Ask your customers to leave a review from their own account after the appointment. Note: reviews aren’t published yet on your public page and aren’t sent to Google, so they don’t move your ranking today — they’re stored, and you can see them by going directly to
/admin/<your-business>/reviews(there’s no menu entry for it yet). - Make sure your address, phone, and hours are up to date (Google reads them and displays them).
In general, in 2-4 weeks your business starts appearing when someone searches by name. To appear when people search by category (e.g. “hair salon in Asunción”) can take a few months and depends on the competition.
Share with confidence
Your link is now active. Anyone can come in, see your services, and book. The first bookings are the most nerve-wracking — but everything is saved in the dashboard. If you also want an email for every new booking, turn on “Receive emails for new bookings” in Settings: it’s off by default.
What you already have
- A public link copied and ready to share.
- A clear strategy for where to put it (Instagram, WhatsApp, email, physical location).
- A public page reviewed and approved by you.
Next step
When the first booking comes in, it’s your turn to confirm it (if you set up manual mode). Continue with Receive and confirm your first booking.
