Analytics: periods, filters and what each number measures
Updated on Monday 02 November 2026
Choose the period, compare it with the previous one or last year, filter by location and professional, and see how each number is worked out.
Analytics shows the bookings, revenue, clients and team performance for the period you choose, compared with another period. You can look at a closed month, a single location or a group of professionals.
Analytics is a module included in your plan, at no cost: if you don’t see it in the dashboard menu, turn it on from More features with Turn on. The owner, admins and managers can open it.
Choose the period
At the top of the page, under Period, you choose:
- Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the one it opens on) or Last 90 days: they end today, today included.
- This month: the 1st up to today.
- Last month: the whole previous month.
- Last 6 months and Last 12 months: this month and the 5 or 11 before it, whole.
- Custom: you fill in From and To. It can span up to 24 months.
The days are your business’s days, in its time zone: a booking at 23:30 on the last day is in the period.
If the end date is before the start date, a date is missing or the range is over 24 months, the page says so (“Choose up to 24 months”) and meanwhile shows the last 30 days.
Compare with another period
Under Compare with you choose:
- Previous period: the days right before, as many of them. This month compares with the same days of last month (the 1st to the 3rd against the 1st to the 3rd), Last month with the whole month before, and Last 6 or 12 months with the 6 or 12 months before.
- Same period last year: the same days, a year earlier.
Below the filters you see both ranges: “01/10/2026 to 31/10/2026 · compared with 01/09/2026 to 30/09/2026”. The ▲ and ▼ arrows on bookings, revenue and new clients are against that period.
Filter by location and professional
- Location shows when your business has more than one. You can tick one or several. See Multiple locations.
- Professional: you tick one person or several. It counts the bookings where they are the main professional and also the ones they share, because they do one of its services. A booking two professionals share counts once for each.
- Someone who no longer works with you stays in the list, marked (inactive), so you can read their earlier months.
A professional or location you deleted is not in the lists, but their bookings still add up in the unfiltered totals.
Some parts of the page cannot be filtered all the way:
- Visits and bookings follows the period, but not the location or the professional: a visit to your page has neither. With those filters on, the page says so above the section.
- Walk-ins follows the period and the location, but not the professional.
- Packages: a package session used counts for the location and professional of the booking it was used on. Sessions that expired unused have no booking, so they only add up when you don’t filter.
- Pending and Next 7 days follow the location and the professional, but not the period: they are what waits today and what comes this week.
Share a view
The filters stay in the page’s address. Bookmark it or send it to your business partner: it opens with the same period, locations and professionals, if they have access to the dashboard.
Cross-check with Bookings and Reviews
With one location and one professional chosen (or none), the Bookings tile has See these bookings: it opens the Bookings list with the same dates, location and professional, and counts exactly the same bookings. In the Bookings list the Professional filter uses the same rule, and there is a Location filter too.
See reviews opens the Reviews report with the same days, location and professional.
What each number measures
- Bookings: the ones that start in the period, in any status.
- Revenue: the total of confirmed and completed bookings, plus the package sessions used.
- New clients: the clients added in the period. With a location or professional filter, only the ones with a booking there.
- Average ticket: the average of completed bookings.
- Completed, Cancelled and No-shows: how many of the period’s bookings ended that way, and what share of the total they are.
- Charts: by day up to 92 days, by week up to a year, and by month for longer periods.
- Top services, Team and Top clients: ordered by the period’s revenue. With a professional filter, Team shows only the chosen ones and Top services counts only the services they did, not a colleague’s in a shared booking.
Rebooking rate
Of the clients with at least one confirmed or completed booking in the period, the share with two or more. It follows the period and the filters.
An example, for September:
- Lia came twice in September: she came back.
- Mia came once in September (and once in August, which is left out).
- Noa came once.
- Oli only has a cancelled booking: not counted.
1 of 3 came back: 33.3%. If you choose August and September, Mia came back too: 2 of 3, 66.7%. It never goes over 100%, and if nobody booked in the period you see “—”.
Until November 2026 this rate counted the business’s whole history, whatever the period, and also clients who had only cancelled. That is why the number may differ from the one you saw before.
Export
Each ranking (services, professionals and clients) downloads in full with Export, with the period, locations and professionals you have chosen. Owner and admins only. More in Exports.
The numbers are recalculated every 10 minutes.
