Learning path

Path: Barbershop

From your first service to your first online booking, with the link on your Instagram, the day's calendar at a glance and, last, what each barber is owed.

9 steps

  1. Step 1: Register your business (step-by-step wizard) A single 8-step wizard that gets your business ready to take bookings: country, plan, category, business, hours, services, team, and your account.
  2. Step 2: Create your first service: name, duration, and price Set up a service with all its details: what it's called, how long it lasts, how much it costs, and who can provide it.
  3. Step 3: Add your first professional or team member Set up the profile of whoever will provide service (it can be you), their photo, identifier color, and working hours.
  4. Step 4: Share your public booking link Find your link, copy it, and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, and wherever you need it.
  5. Step 5: A links page for your bio (link-in-bio) One link for your Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp bio: the booking button at the top and, below it, your social profiles, WhatsApp and anything else.
  6. Step 6: Receive and confirm your first booking What happens when someone books on your link: notifications, where it appears, and how to confirm or reject it.
  7. Step 7: Your daily calendar: where to see everything at a glance Learn to read the calendar, identify statuses, create bookings manually, and filter by professional or service.
  8. Step 8: Deposits and advance payments How to charge a deposit or the full amount at booking time with tpago, what the customer sees, and what stays on you.
  9. Step 9: Commissions: how they're worked out and how much to pay Where each professional's rate comes from, what comes off first, how to read the report, record the payout and send the statement.
