Can I charge the tattoo deposit at booking?
Yes. In Paraguay there are online deposits with tpago, an optional module we switch on by request that works with your own tpago merchant account: the client pays the deposit on confirmation, the best way to secure the session and filter out unserious bookings.
Does each artist have their own calendar?
Yes. Each tattoo artist manages their own hours and availability; the client books with the artist they choose.
Can I schedule long sessions or sessions in stages?
Yes. You set the duration of each service and, if the work is done in stages, you schedule several sessions.
Can I take a deposit if I'm not in Paraguay?
Online deposits with tpago only work in Paraguay, and we switch them on by request. Elsewhere, you agree on the deposit by bank transfer and keep it recorded in an internal note on the booking, so the whole team knows it's been paid.
Can I add a guest artist for a few days?
Yes. You add them as a professional, with hours for the days they're here, and deactivate them when they leave. They take up a seat on your plan only while they're active.
Can I price by size?
Yes, with one service per size or per session length, each with its own price, such as small tattoo or half-day session. If you'd rather quote at the consultation, leave the price blank and agree on it there.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
