Frequently asked questions
Can I charge a deposit on color or straightening services?
In Paraguay, yes, with tpago online deposits: an optional module we switch on by request, using your own tpago merchant account. The client leaves the deposit at booking, so a color or a straightening that takes hours is no longer lost to a no-show.
Can each stylist have their own calendar?
Yes. Each professional has their own hours, services and availability. Your clients choose who they book with.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. You add all your locations and manage hours, team and bookings for each from the same dashboard.
Can I see another client while the color processes?
Yes, with pauses inside a service, a feature we switch on by request at no cost. On the color service you set how long the part before the pause lasts and how long the pause is, and during that stretch the stylist is free for another appointment. The pause applies when the color is booked on its own: if the client adds another service to the same booking, the whole block stays busy.
Can I charge different prices depending on the stylist?
Not within a single service yet: the price and duration belong to the service. What salons do is create one version per stylist, such as Color with Sofia and Color with Lara, each with its own price and assigned only to that professional. The client sees the real price before choosing.
What happens if a client cancels at the last minute?
If she cancels from the reminder, the slot opens up again on your link for someone else. You write your own cancellation policy and your clients see it, but Citauno doesn't charge fees or enforce it for you.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
Can I migrate from another platform?
