Frequently asked questions
Can my clients choose their barber?
Yes. Each barber has their own calendar and availability; the client chooses who cuts their hair when booking.
Can I put the booking link on Instagram?
Yes. You get your own link for your Instagram bio, WhatsApp or Google. Once it's set up, bookings come in on their own.
Does it work for a one-person barbershop?
Yes. You pay per professional, so a one-person shop pays for just one — with the same online calendar and the same reminders.
What if a client is late or doesn't show up?
Citauno doesn't move or cancel the appointment on its own. If they're late and the barber has a gap later on, you move the booking with Reschedule; if they never show, you mark it as a no-show and it's counted on the client's record.
What if a barber is off for a day?
You add a block for that day and their schedule stops offering times. Bookings they already had aren't removed automatically: you move them to another barber from Edit booking, or message the client to find another time.
Can I limit the services a new barber takes?
Yes. On their profile you tick only the services they do, and the rest aren't offered to clients with them. If they don't do straight-razor shaves yet, for example, that service is still bookable with the other barbers.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
Can I migrate from another platform?
