Frequently asked questions
Can I charge a deposit for events?
For bridal or event dates, where a no-show is costly, yes: in Paraguay the deposit is paid at booking with tpago. It's a module at no extra cost that we switch on by request, and it needs your tpago merchant account.
Can I offer trials and day-of-event services?
Yes. You create separate services —trial, social, bridal— with their duration and price, and your clients book online.
Does it work if I work alone?
Yes. You get an online calendar and reminders. You pay per professional, so you pay for just one.
Can I take very early appointments on some days only?
Yes. The times offered come from your working hours and your location's hours, so if some Saturdays you start at six, set those hours for Saturday. The mornings you don't want to start early, you cover with a block.
Can I offer hair and makeup in one appointment?
If the same person does both, yes: the client ticks both services and the appointment adds up the durations. If another professional does the hair, it's two bookings, one with each.
What if the bride changes the date?
From the reminder she can confirm or cancel, but not change the date. If she lets you know, you move the booking to the new date with Reschedule and its notes stay with it.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
