Frequently asked questions
Can I handle treatments by sessions?
Yes, through the client record: each person has their session history and your internal notes, so you know where they are in the course. You book the next session or the client does through your link, and they get an automatic reminder before the appointment.
Does it keep each client's records?
Yes. You have a profile per client with their booking history for better follow-up.
Can I charge a deposit on expensive treatments?
In Paraguay, the client can pay a deposit at booking with tpago, which protects your longer or higher-value treatments. It's an optional module we switch on by request, and it uses your own tpago merchant account.
Can I see another client while a mask sets?
Yes, with pauses inside a service, a feature we switch on by request. On the treatment you set when the pause starts and how long it lasts, and during that stretch the professional is free for another short appointment. The pause works when that treatment is booked on its own, and the client doesn't see it: her booking shows the total length.
Does Citauno remind clients when their next session is due?
No. Citauno sends a reminder before an appointment that's already booked, but no messages asking clients to come back. That's why it pays to book the next session before she leaves: it's on the calendar and she gets her reminder ahead of the appointment.
Can I stop offering a treatment for a season?
Yes. If you don't do peels in summer, deactivate the service and it disappears everywhere, without losing the history of clients who already had it. When the season comes back, you switch it on again.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
