Does it work for one-on-one sessions and for several professionals?
Yes. Each professional has their own calendar and services; your clients choose who and what time to book.
Can I leave a gap between sessions?
Yes. Each service can carry prep time before and after, and the calendar respects it when offering times: nobody books right on top of the previous session.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It's 100% online: you manage from the browser and your clients book from their phone.
Does it work for group classes?
No. Citauno schedules one-on-one sessions: each booking is one person with one professional at one time. If you run classes with limited spots, there is no feature for them today.
Can I have more than one location?
Yes. You add each location with its address and hours, and each professional works at one of them. When booking, the client picks the location first and only sees the services and professionals there.
Does the client have to pick a professional?
No. They can choose who they want to see or pick Anyone, and Citauno assigns someone free who does that service at that time.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
