Can I offer sessions of different durations?
Yes. You create each service with its duration and price; the client chooses when booking and the calendar adjusts itself.
Does it work if I see clients in a single room?
Yes. You set up your availability and location, and your clients book within the hours you open up.
How do I reduce no-shows?
With the automatic WhatsApp and email reminder before the session: the client confirms or cancels with a tap and, if they cancel, the slot is free for another booking. In Paraguay, online deposits with tpago are also available as an optional module we switch on by request.
How do I stop last-minute bookings?
With minimum notice: by default nobody can book online less than three hours ahead, and you change that in your settings. Appointments people ask for by phone for later the same day you add yourself from the calendar, without that limit.
Can I set up a client who comes every week?
Yes, with recurring bookings, a feature we switch on by request. You pick the day, the time and how many weeks, review the list of dates and Citauno books them all at once, flagging the ones that clash with another booking or a block.
How do I explain the difference between one massage and another?
Each service has a short description shown when booking and, on your profile, a longer one that opens under More info. That's where you explain how a deep tissue massage differs from a relaxing one and what clients should bring.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
Can I migrate from another platform?
