Frequently asked questions
Can I build combos of several services?
Yes. The client ticks the services they want and Citauno adds up the durations into one booking, holding a single block.
Does it handle several professionals at once?
Yes. Each professional has their own calendar, hours and the services they cover, and the system avoids clashes when booking. The calendar is organised by professional, not by room.
Can I ask for a deposit on long treatments?
Yes, in Paraguay: with tpago online deposits, an optional module we switch on by request that uses your tpago merchant account, the client pays part of the price at booking. That way a 90-minute massage or a visit with several services isn't lost to a no-show.
Can two people come in together at the same time?
Yes, with one booking per person at the same time and with two different therapists. Both bookings can be made from the same phone, each under the name of the person coming.
Can someone book a treatment as a gift?
Citauno doesn't have gift cards, but a booking can be made in someone else's name. The person giving the gift enters the name and WhatsApp of whoever is coming, and that person is the one who gets the reminder before the appointment.
Do online bookings come in confirmed?
By default they come in pending until you confirm them, and the time is held in the meantime. If you'd rather they come in confirmed, switch the confirmation mode to Auto in your settings.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
Can I migrate from another platform?
