Can I charge the deposit at booking?
Yes, if you're in Paraguay: online deposits with tpago are optional, at no extra cost, switched on by request, and the money goes into your own tpago merchant account. They pay off on long techniques, like soft gel or capping, where a no-show leaves your afternoon empty.
Does it work if I work alone from home?
Absolutely. You set up your services and hours, and your clients book online without you having to coordinate over chat.
Can I set different durations per service?
Yes. Each service has its own duration, price and, if you want, its assigned professional.
Can I set up a client's regular fill?
Yes. The simplest way is to book her next appointment before she leaves, or let her book it through your link. For clients who always come on the same day and time, recurring bookings, a feature we switch on by request, schedule all the dates in one go, every two, three or more weeks.
How do I charge for nail art or extras separately?
Set them up as services of their own, with their own duration and price, such as simple nail art or a hand-painted design. The client ticks them along with the main technique and the appointment gets longer on its own.
How do I know which clients often don't show?
When a client doesn't come, you mark the booking as a no-show. On her record you see how many bookings she made, how many she completed, how many she cancelled and her no-shows in red, and if it keeps happening you can block her number so she can't book online anymore.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
