Can a client book several areas together?
Yes. They tick the areas they want and Citauno adds up the durations into a single appointment, holding the whole block for whoever does it.
Does it handle several professionals?
Yes. Each professional has their own calendar, hours and the areas they cover; the system avoids clashes when booking. The calendar is organised by professional, not by room.
How do I reduce no-shows?
With an automatic WhatsApp and email reminder before the appointment, with buttons to confirm or cancel. If you're in Paraguay, you can also ask us for online deposits with tpago, an optional module at no extra cost that we switch on by request.
Should I set up bundles of areas?
You can have both: each area as a service, and your best-selling bundles, like full legs with underarms, as a service of their own with their own price. That way the bundle price is clear before booking.
Where do I note each client's skin type or settings?
In the notes on their record, which carry over from one session to the next. Anything specific to one session goes in the internal note on that booking, with the name of who wrote it and the time.
Can each location have its own hours?
Yes. Each location has its hours and each professional has theirs, and online you offer the times when both overlap. If a location closes at noon on Saturdays, nobody books there that afternoon.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
