Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule touch-ups?
Yes. You book the touch-up or your client does through your link, and they get a WhatsApp reminder before the appointment.
Can I charge a deposit?
If you're in Paraguay, yes: with tpago online deposits (optional, at no extra cost, on request) the client pays the deposit at booking. It uses your own tpago merchant account and secures extensions and other longer services.
Does it work if I work alone?
Yes. You get an online calendar and reminders. You pay per professional, so you pay for just one.
How do I tell a full set apart from a fill?
Set them up as separate services, each with its own duration and price. In the fill's description you can explain up to how many weeks after the full set it counts as a fill, and the client reads it before booking.
Can I ask clients to come without mascara?
Yes. Write it in the service description, which shows when booking. Other instructions fit there too, like not using oil-based makeup remover the day before.
What if she comes in with another studio's extensions?
Set up a removal service with its own duration, and the client ticks it along with the new set. The appointment adds up both durations and doesn't eat into the next client's time.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
