Does it keep each patient's history?
Yes. Each client has a profile with their booking history, useful for treatment follow-up.
Does it coordinate several professionals and teams?
Yes. Each professional has their own calendar and availability, and the system avoids scheduling clashes when booking.
Can I set which professional does each treatment?
Yes. You assign each treatment to the people who perform it, and when booking the patient only sees times for professionals who can treat them.
Can some treatments be booked only by the clinic?
Yes. On each treatment you untick online booking and it's no longer offered on your link, but your team can still book it from the calendar. It's useful for anything that needs a consultation first.
What can each team member see?
It depends on the role. Owner and Admin handle the setup and the team; Manager does the front-desk work, with the calendar, bookings and clients; Professional only gets into their own schedule.
Can I offer a treatment only on the days the specialist is in?
Yes. You assign that treatment only to her and, since her hours say which days she works, it's offered online only on those days.
How much does it cost to start?
You start with 15 days free, no card and no billing details. After that there is a single plan with everything included: you pay per active professional per month, with 5% off for every professional you add, up to 20%. No lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change the number of professionals whenever you want.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan and, if you need more WhatsApp messages, an extra pack.
