How much does it cost to start?
We are not opening accounts in Brazil yet: a local payment method still has to be integrated. Once we open, the plan works the way it does everywhere: you pay per active professional per month, alone or with a team, with no tiers and no lock-in.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change plan whenever you want.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. If you decide to leave, email hola@citauno.com and we hand over your clients, bookings and services. We do not hold it back and we do not charge you to take it.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
We don't charge commission on your bookings or your payments. Just the plan cost.
How do online payments work?
Online card payment inside Citauno currently works only in Paraguay, through Bancard. For businesses in Brazil, the deposit is noted on the booking and settled by transfer or payment link.
Do I need a separate website?
No. Your profile on Citauno is your public page: SEO-ready, location on Google Maps, reviews, services and bookings in one place.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes, with our help. There is no self-serve import yet: write to us and our team walks you through loading your services, team and clients so you start with the diary already built.
Who handles my questions?
Support over WhatsApp and email, in Spanish, Portuguese and English. There is a single plan, so everyone gets the same attention — there is no first-class and second-class support.
Does it work if my country says turnos, citas or reservar hora?
Yes. Citauno works the same whether it is called a turno, a cita, an hora or a reserva: you set your services, durations and availability, and customers book online from any country. The platform ships in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Can I charge a deposit, retainer or booking fee?
Same thing, different name in each country. You set the percentage or fixed amount charged at booking to confirm the appointment. In Paraguay it is charged by card through Bancard or tpago; everywhere else it is recorded against the booking so you can settle it directly.
